“Overall experience was very good but not perfect. Staff was attentive and helpful. In particular, staff worked well with another out of state funeral home in receiving the remains. Staff was very helpful in preparing and posting the obituary and in assisting with audio/visual issues. The food served was very good. However, the room temperature was very cold during the visitation and memorial service. Also, there was some confusion about which facility would be used for the services since Murphy’s has two funeral homes in the same vicinity.
