I went to the cemetery this morning June 26, 2021 and I was cleaning my son’s headstone when Ms. Gooden arrived. She and three of the cemetery workers worked so hard to get my son’s headstone elevated. They cleaned the headstone and arranged my son’s flowers. This meant the world to me and my heart is so happy. “My son who died as an infant is buried at Doris Miller but if I had the money to move his remains I would. The headstone has been run over repeatedly by a mower and oil has literally destroyed the writing on the stone. What is worse is that the manager promised to replace the stone years ago when I brought it to her attention but nothing was ever done. In fact it is worse. Now the grave is overgrown and there is trash everywhere. The owners could care less about the upkeep of this cemetery or our loved ones buried there. They should be truly ashamed but somehow I doubt that they care at all. They deserve zero stars.”
