“Went to pick up a family members ashes, and the woman who "helped" us was quite curt, to the point of being rude, and seemed irritated that we were bothering them (we were told to come by anytime during regular hours, as we did). Thankfully, the earlier viewing of the body was handled by someone else, who was much more courteous and kind. But the woman with long, dark red dyed hair who brought the urn and took payment was not at all pleasant, and couldn't seem to get us out of the door fast enough.”
