“Tucson has several mortuaries available. They all offer similar services, what truly separates them apart is the level of caring customer service during your moment of need. Unfortunately Carrillo's operates as a cash cow masquerading as a caring and compassionate mortuary business. It might be your moment of grief, but it's Carrillo's moment of greed. I've never heard anything remotely nice about the folks that operate this facility from my friends who have regrettably employed their services. Based on the brutally abusive horror stories and derogatory comments from friends, this establishment should not be considered the best option available. Buying a pre-planned package from anyone is always the best option, thus avoiding the vulture fest during your vulnerable moment of grief.”
