“We had my mother cremated, then we asked if we could have a viewing, just for friends and relatives to pay respects. We assumed at the viewing the director would host but that was not the case. We also asked for a priest, the priest showed up at the viewing and had no clue who the person was. They never contacted us nor put an effort. Would I recommend this funeral home. No they are unprofessional, and procrastinate through the process.”
