Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Patrick Pratt, a driver for this company, came to the Houston airport at Bush Intercontinental and was rude to our staff. As the security agent at the company, I had to watch as he waited no more than five minutes before rudely interrupting another employee as she was processing another person's cargo. He then went on saying he had waited too long for his check to be scanned and wanted to speak to the manager whom had yet to arrive.
