The truth is that I didn’t know anything about how to do this, since it is the first time I have lost a loved one, and John helped me by guiding me, giving me options, and always being willing to answer and clarify my doubts. He personally ensured that everything was carried out properly and with great care. I also thank all the staff who helped me during this process. On the day of the service, in addition to the professionalism and kindness they showed, they did everything possible to make everything go perfectly. John put together a video with photos of my mother, as well as a frame of her, and I received thank-you cards to use.
