“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

I remember when this was old Coleman’s and they have done extensive work especially on the inside. I didn’t know about them but this is seriously a hidden gem. Their cars were top of the line. They made sure we knew they owned their cars. I can’t wait to see the motorcycle hearse or something like that in person but she ended up going with the Rolls Royce (I think that’s the name hearse) but the guy did tell me it’s the only one in South Florida and there aren’t many in Florida at all.”
