Jeff was amazing at showing empathy to where my Mother-in-Law was as at emotionally. He was so kind and made us feel welcomed and comfortable in this difficult situation. We just had the showing and memorial for my Father-in-Law yesterday and it was perfect. Jeff and the team made sure every detail was handled and it was such a beautiful experience. They went above and beyond to make the memorial as special as possible. I can’t explain how thankful I am to Jeff and his team for everything they have done for our family. That was all the information i needed, i was in no shape to make decisions or talk to anyone, they agreed to work with my boyfriend which was awesome.
