Their responsiveness, tact, and organizational skills made the process very easy. Any and every request we made was honored and executed with precision. They went above and beyond handling little details that we did not even consider. My father was a huge Auburn fan and Gary brought some of his own Auburn memorabilia for our display table and the staff wore Orange and Blue ties which my Dad would have loved. In a rush to get to the funeral home my mother did a quick job steaming my father's burial shirt. I asked Gary if they could iron it better. He took it home and pressed it himself. “Joe and I go back a long way when he helped us with funerals for my mother and father in-law, and then a few years later with my younger brother and then my father. Gary helped us this past week with my mother. Mom was the fourth family member we had lost since August. My large family was greiving in a lot of ways. Gary along with Joe and others on your staff provided us with so much compassionate help that it made things so easy for us. Being a holiday weekend, and then the snow, made our needs a little challenging as we had family coming from five states and some with urgent plans that had to be worked around.
