“The worst experience I’ve had. No music. They did not play ANY music. They did not play photos in a loop. The one picture that they showed during the “service” had wrong birth date. We had chosen 2 songs to be played. None were played. All the people that came had 20 minutes of a man speaking of my brother, who had never met him before. People paid good money on plane fare and hotel rooms to come to a funeral. What a shame. I guess if you’re the only funeral home in town the professionalism goes out the window.
