I was lied too, I am very upset with this place, how could you tell me that the Autopsy was taking longer than expected only to see on the death certificate that there was no Autopsy performed, when I specifically stated a request for one? Just like I wanted to have a viewing, was told they do not do those, when your website says that you do? As well as the numerous phone calls we made to you that were never returned. It took 3 1/2 WEEKS, for her to be creamated? This is so ridiculous, plus there was $300 I could have used towards an urn, they said they furnished a complimentary one, A Wooden box, that isn’t even real wood. So disgusted with the way we were treated…”
