“This was simply the best experience you could have when you are devastated. My father's death was very sudden and we were all unprepared. Every part of this experience was loving. We were a mess and it happened over a holiday. They took their time and put our family first, even on a holiday! They were clear with all of their communication and total upfront pricing. Not pushing any sales or agendas. We were a mess and they took the time to explain or just take care of everything especially to the grieving widow. From the people who came to collect the body the the follow up calls and holiday support every person in this company was amazing. My dad had a rescue dog who was having a hard time. The people who came to take him lowered the gurney and gave the dog time to say goodbye. My dad didn't want a regular funeral for his friends and family. He was a football coach, so they let us have it on Friday. We did football decorations instead of flowers. We all wore jerseys instead of formal wear. They encouraged us every step of they way to honor him the way we felt best, not some strict outline. They answered all of our emotional questions without judgement or time restrictions.
