“Please do not pre-plan your funeral service with this funeral home. They allow your family to change your wishes. There was a disagreement between family members when one family member was trying to change my mother’s arrangements . Nelly pickle and Welch allowed a family member to split up my mother’s ashes and I disagreed because that wasn’t my mom’s final wishes. The funeral home came to an agreement that we would all agree on. This was not honored Fay Nally pickle and Welch. My mother was supposed to go on the ground as a whole cremation next to my father. My portion of her ashes that was divided up was not placed in the ground. We signed the cremation agreement without knowing in the fine print that she would be divided in half and Made into useless rocks .They told me over the phone that they would put my portion which is sad in the first place in the ground with my mother other half because that was her wishes Nelly Pickle and Welch Did not honor those wishes . I signed that first agreement and they Faltered and did not go back, and create a new document for everybody to sign . All they can tell me is that you signed the agreement guess because they were afraid they might be sued . I talked to a gentleman and the owner Casey herself. Did not own up to the mistake, and no apology was giving. How else would I have known how her ashes would’ve been divided when there was a disagreement ???So therefore, my mother‘s wishes as far as my part, we’re not granted. Just because you Pre-plan your service. Do not believe your wishes will be granted. At the end of our conversation, I asked Casey if she would make sure that this does not happen to another family. She seemed annoyed and said I’ll let my employees know Because I asked her to. She also asked me why I waited a year to call. I told her I’m sorry I’ve been grieving my mother and haven’t been able to go over the paperwork. I was also curious what happened to her because I seen the paperwork was wrong. I would not recommend Funeral home again for nothing. Please, I’m begging you go to any other funeral home besides this one. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. They will take a advantage of you while they’re grieving and not own up to their mistakes. At the end of the day, an apology maybe some flowers sent fixing the issue if possible with all I was asking for. They did not try to make any of it, right.”

“I was unprepared for my Moms passing. Thankfully Nalley, Pickle, Welch knew all the answers and helped us have a beautiful service. Caitlin was very compassionate and helped me along the way. It has been a week since the service and I have still contacted them with questions and they have graciously continued to help. I highly recommend them all! Wonderful people to have in your life!”

“Nalley Pickle handled my father’s death about 11 years ago. We were very satisfied with the visitation, funeral and burial. When Mom passed it was an easy choice to use them again. And again we were very pleased with everything.”
