“It was challenging to be present, but our Family Service Provider, Ray Gonzales, was exceptionally supportive and empathetic. He facilitated our visit to the site and allowed us ample time to connect with our interred family members; he did not impose any time constraints. His expertise was evident, and he addressed all of our inquiries comprehensively. The Delgado family expresses profound gratitude for his assistance and services. We would also like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by our Funeral Director, Todd. His expertise was instrumental in assisting us with the selection of the appropriate arrangements for our father. We are profoundly grateful for his invaluable contributions.”

“My father passed in 2005. My mom in July 2025. Not only was their confusion on their part on which location we could use for the reception for my mom’s funeral, They also missed discussing the order form to get my mom’s side of the headstone, engraved with her information. So in October and November, when I went to visit my mom’s and dad’s burial plot, I finally made the decision to go inside and find out what the holdup had been‘s name on the headstone. That’s when we found out that that actually hadn’t been taken care of that. They completely left that part Planning. So in November early November we paid to have that process Done. It was never done in the 6 to 8 weeks it said It would take! I called them 12 weeks after Getting the headstone engraving ordered And spoke to a man who said he would look into it and give me a call back, but he never did. Here we are 15 weeks after paying for it in November and my mom still does not have her information on her headstone. I still cannot get Or reason on why this has not happened. Save yourself the stress And go someplace else.”
