How MedaSynq text messages work, for MedaSynq Claim Assist and MedaSynq Insurance.

Program: MedaSynq text messages: MedaSynq Claim Assist claim updates, and MedaSynq Insurance quote and application texts.
What we send: MedaSynq Claim Assist: claim status updates, document requests and reminders about your claim. MedaSynq Insurance: automated reminders and status updates about your insurance quote and application.
How you join: Only when you agree. For Claim Assist, by opting in to texts when you start your claim (see the Claim Assist text opt-in). For MedaSynq Insurance, by ticking the optional "Text me about my quote and application" box when you save your quote details. Consent is not required to buy.
How often: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
Stop: Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
