You earn 10-20% (depending on your tier) of your referred clients' Vault subscription payments, for as long as each client stays subscribed — there's no 12-month cutoff. That's the whole program, deliberately: there is no share on claim service fees (a family's claim money is never shared with anyone) and no share on insurance commissions (you write coverage from our alerts as agent of record and keep your full commission). Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect.

Are you competing with me for my clients?

No. Your clients see your agency named as who placed their coverage, and MedaSynq does the servicing — so nobody calls you at 7pm about a beneficiary change. When a client buys more coverage in the app, MedaSynq records your agency as the referring agency of record on that purchase. You get paid, not called.

Yes, and you're notified first. When our AI finds a coverage gap, you get the alert and the client sees your name — you write the business as agent of record and keep your full carrier commission. If a client instead buys directly in the MedaSynq app, that policy is written and serviced on MedaSynq's carrier appointment, with your agency recorded as the referring agency in your dashboard and audit trail — no carrier renewals or servicing obligations come your way, and MedaSynq pays no commission share on it.

This is better for trust: clients trust MedaSynq's AI and claims track record, and you get credit for the relationship.
