You earn 15-25% (depending on your tier) of all revenue MedaSynq generates from your referred clients. That includes subscription payments, claim service fees, and insurance commissions when your clients buy coverage in the app. Subscription share applies for the first 12 months. Everything else is forever. Payouts are automatic via Stripe Connect.

Do you integrate with carriers?

Yes. We have a library of 50+ carriers with verified contacts, processing timelines, IVR routes, and document requirements. Our AI reads policy documents and extracts data automatically. When a claim is filed, we communicate directly with carriers, track status, and handle all follow-up.

Are you competing with me for my clients?

No. When your client needs more coverage, they see 'Talk to your advisor' as the first option. If they prefer to buy through the app, you still earn your revenue share. MedaSynq creates sales opportunities that wouldn't exist without our AI — you earn from them either way.

Can MedaSynq sell insurance to my clients?

Yes. Your clients can shop for and buy coverage directly in the MedaSynq app. When they do, you earn your revenue share automatically. Your clients also see you as their advisor with an option to contact you directly — so you can sell the policy yourself for full commission if you prefer. Either way, MedaSynq found the gap, and you earn.

What happened to white-labeling?

We replaced white-labeling with agent attribution. Your clients use the MedaSynq app — which has AI policy analysis, claims concierge, and a mobile app — under the MedaSynq brand. But you're listed as their advisor, and all revenue share is attributed to you. This is better for trust: clients trust MedaSynq's AI and claims track record, and you get credit for the relationship.

Partner tier is free forever for up to 25 clients with 15% revenue share. Pro is $29/month with 20% revenue share, coverage gap alerts, and unlimited clients. Agency is $199/month with 25% revenue share and multi-agent team management. No long-term contracts.

How is this different from a CRM?

MedaSynq is client-facing — it's the app your clients actually use. They upload policies, get AI analysis, manage beneficiaries, track coverage gaps, and file claims through it. Your CRM manages your internal pipeline. MedaSynq manages the ongoing client experience. They complement each other.

Our team uses AI messaging, a 50+ carrier library, DocuSign integration, and a 20-stage pipeline to file the claim, communicate with the carrier, and follow up until payout.
